The Croatian market is currently selling a real little pearl, the islet of Veliki Školj in the Maloston Bay.

The uninhabited islet of Veliki Školj covers 21,677 square meters in the Maloston Bay near Dubrovnik in Croatia, and the agency through which it is being sold states that it is ideal for glamping, naturism, weddings, private parties, team building…

On the island there is a pine forest and a stone house built before 1968, and the island also has its own source of drinking water. All construction is still prohibited on the island, but if you register OPG, it is possible to build another smaller stone house and plant olive trees or some other culture, writes Dnevnik.hr.

Three million and 250 thousand euros should be set aside for the purchase.

When it comes to buying an island in Croatia, you should keep in mind that most of them are prohibited from any kind of construction because they are wooded or agricultural land, and the only exception is the opening of the economy, but even then it is possible to build only agricultural facilities on the land. i.e. basements, fruit and vegetable storage, greenhouses, stables and the like.
