For some time already, one man has been standing in front of the FB&H government building. He holds a paper in his hand and is not speaking. On the other side of the fence, the police have their eyes on him, and they asked him for his ID card.
According to Edis Jašarević, who observed all of this, there would be no reason to fine him. He only stood there in silence. He did not do anything.
