Major Settlements in Sarajevo without Water Tomorrow

water supplyDue to the regular annual maintenance and control of the substation at the Alipašin Bridge Pump Station, from 9:00 until 20:00 o’clock tomorrow, there will be interruptions in water supply in Sarajevo.

The following settlements will be without water: Koševsko brdo, Ciglane, Šip, Velešići, Pofalići, Buljakov Potok, Buća Potok, Vitkovac, Vitković brdo, Sokolje, Naselje heroja, Briješće brdo, Briješće, Dumače, Ugorsko, Hotonj, Orahov brijeg, Podhrastovi, Bjelave, Grdonj, Sedrenik, Vogošća, Industrijska zona Vogošća, Semizovac, Svrake i ulice Patriotske lige and Alipašina street.

In order to improve safety, the company will work on the transformer station, and perform the installation of a new pump unit, which will enable reliable and efficient operation of this pump station.

Given that there will be a greater scope of the necessary works on one of the vital pump stations in the system, citizens are urged to provide the required amount of water for the day.
