Another child died of starvation in the Gaza Strip, where Israel has continued attacks and prevented aid from entering since October 7 last year, causing a major humanitarian disaster.

According to the news of the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, the girl Yakin al-Estal died as a result of malnutrition and lack of treatment in the Gaza Strip.

Since October 7 last year, 37 people, including children, have died of malnutrition in the Gaza Strip.

As a result of Israeli restrictions and attacks that violate international law, Palestinians, especially in the northern regions of Gaza, are experiencing severe shortages of food, water and medicine.

The Gaza government’s media office announced in a statement on June 3 that 3,500 children in Gaza are facing death due to starvation.

A written statement from the Press Office on June 17 stated that Israel and the US administration used the issue of humanitarian aid and food as a tool of political pressure on civilians in the Gaza Strip.

In attacks by Israeli forces on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 40,939 Palestinians have been killed, including at least 16,715 children and 11,308 women, and 94,616 people have been wounded.

Israel bombed the school, killing at least four Palestinians

At least four Palestinians were killed and 20 wounded in the Israeli bombardment of the Amr bin As school, where displaced Palestinians lived in the north of Gaza City.

According to the information Anadolu correspondent received from hospital sources, the bodies of four people who died in the attack on the Amr bin As school were brought to the hospital.

Another 20 Palestinians injured in the attack, including children, were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli warplanes targeted the mosque inside the school, where thousands of displaced Palestinians were housed.
