Another Victim of last Week’s catastrophic Floods was found

Another victim of last week’s catastrophic floods was found in the Konjic area, so the death toll in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNK) alone has increased to 21.

In addition to the 21 people who died in HNK, three died in Fojnica, so that a total of 24 flood victims have been recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina so far.

The mayor of Konjic, Osman Ćatić, confirmed for “Avaz” that the 21st victim of the HNK was found in Buturović Polje.

Four people died in the area of ​​Konjic, and 17 of those who died in floods were from Jablanica.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the search is on for the bodies of three more missing persons in Jablanica, and for one in Konjic.
