At today’s session of Assembly of Brčko District, 19 out of total 31 representatives elected Anto Domić from HDZ political party for the Mayor. The newly elected president of the Assembly of Brčo District is Đorđe Kojić (SNSD) and the Vice-president is Adem Ribić from the Political party for B&H.

With the election of the members of the Assembly, the parliamentary crisis has ended. The crisis was due to the concerns of securing the three-fifths of the parliamentary majority or 19 votes so the process of appointment of new members could be accelerated.
