arabsArabs are trying to buy large areas of land in the area of Mostar, and they are particularly interested in the southern part of the city.

One of the citizens of Mostar said that Arabs offered him 700,000 BAM for a house of 100 square meters and some land around it, as reported by “Vecernji list”.

Other residents of the southern part of Mostar received similar offers, regardless of whether they are Croats or Bosniaks.

Arab buyers are not looking just for houses, but agricultural land as well, which is evidenced by the fact that they offer 40 % higher price than real for agricultural land between Mostar and Citluk.
