The Bahrain-Bosnia company will build a residential complex with residential-type facilities in the Bojnik neighborhood of Sarajevo, and the Municipality of Novi Grad has announced the details of the project.

An urban project was drawn up, which determined the conditions of use, construction, arrangement and protection of the space, especially the boundaries of the spatial unit, urban-technical conditions for the construction of buildings, conditions for the arrangement of construction land, arrangement of green and free areas, and relations with existing buildings.

The investor planned a total of 18 plots for the construction of buildings of four different types. All planned types of buildings are harmonized in terms of design and form a unique whole. The positive characteristics of the sloping terrain were used, in terms of achieving adequate views and access for all buildings, announced the Municipality of Novi Grad.

As they say, the future solution does not endanger the existing natural environment and does not damage the existing environment.

“The traffic solution within the settlement was designed via an internal road, which connects with the existing settlement road intended for reconstruction,” they added.

Access to the parking spaces within the owner’s lot is provided directly from the planned internal road. A total of 33 parking spaces were designed within the residential area, namely 15 residential units with 2 parking spaces each and three residential units with one each.

The draft of the Urban Planning Project “Bojnik Residential Settlement” will be made available to citizens in the premises of the Dobroševići Local Community from November 14 to December 13. Citizens will be able to submit written remarks, suggestions and proposals on the draft.

The public hearing on the draft will be held on December 14, starting at 5 p.m. in the hall of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo.
