15 years ago, it seems, life was better with much less money. In 2008, the minimum wage was 343 BAM, and 400 BAM had to be set aside for food. In 2023, the minimum wage is 596 BAM, and almost 1,300 BAM is required for food.
And in such situations, any help to citizens is welcome. However, unlike the previous year, when employers in the FBiH had the option of paying one-time assistance of 1,080 BAM to workers, this year there is no such decision.
