At the Manjača military training ground, helicopters from the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and EUFOR practiced helicopter coordination with forces on the ground as part of the “Combined Response-25” exercise.

Members of the 1st Helicopter Squadron with Gazelle SA.341H helicopters practiced flight activities together with EUFOR air forces from the Romanian contingent.

The “Combined Response-25” exercise is taking place next to the Manjača training ground and at the Adil Bešić barracks in Bihać. The goal of the joint activity is to strengthen international military cooperation through coordinated training of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina with partner armed forces.

The exercise also focuses on improving capabilities in peace support operations at the company and battalion levels. The joint forces faced a series of simulated incidents, testing their interoperability, command and control capabilities.

Exercise “Combined Response-25” reflects the shared commitment of EUFOR and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina to a secure, stable environment and strong professional military ties.
