Baroness Arminka Helic, a member of the House of Lords of theParliament of the United Kingdom (UK), said that Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) needed the sincere help of allies and friends.

Helic told that while commenting on Azra Zornic‘s call to the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, to stop making dirty agreements with ethno-nationalists who work against the citizens of our country.

Azra Zornic, a Bosnian woman who was found discriminated against in the election process by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg because she declares herself a citizen of BiH and not a member of one of the constituent peoples, notedthat BiH citizens just want to be allowed to build a democratic state.

”Commissioner Varhelyi should support democracy and progress, and not deal with nationalists. That is the Russian way, not the European way, ” pointed out Baroness Helic.
