Artist from around the world joined to help the children without parental care

Last night, at the ”ASA” Art Gallery in Sarajevo, a sales exhibition of art works was opened. The exhibited art works were created during the 11thInternational Colony entitled ” For the children of the Center ”Rainbow””.

With the sale of art works of contemporary authors from Germany, Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina the organization helps the Center ” Rainbow” which is solely financed from donations.

The International Artist Colony was formed in Kulen- Vakuf in 2002. It has proved its humanitarian character and friendship to the Center for children without parental care with its numerous donations. The director of the Center ” Rainbow” expressed his hope that with the sale of these painting they will be able to collect the funds that will enable the children to peacefully enter the new year of 2013. The sales exhibition of art works will be open during next fifteen days.

    Im personally really glad to hear that not only artists from Bosnia’s neighbouring countries: Macedonia, Croatia and Slovenia deciede to take participation in humanitarian organization, but also German artists decided to do the same
