Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton adopted the Draft Budget

The Assembly of the Sarajevo Canton (SC) adopted the Draft Budget for 2023 in the amount of 1,193,051,372 BAM and sent it to the public hearing that will last for 20 days.

The SC Finance Minister Davor Čičić said that due to several circumstances, the budget will not be developmental, but social, and stated that the total amount of multi-year capital investments in the Draft Budget amounts to 157,430,095 BAM.

Multi-year capital investments, he explained, are financed from the following sources: budget funds 16,349,054 BAM, dedicated revenues 27,543,233 BAM, revenues from beneficiaries 1,406,500 KM, and receipts 112,131,308 BAM.

Ongoing transfers are planned as a priority following legal obligations and by the realistic possibilities of the Draft Budget of the Sarajevo Canton for 2023 which amounts to 243,876,604 BAM.
