The spokesman of the Ministry of Health of Iran, Hossein Kermanpour, announced that the number of those killed in the Israeli attack on a primary girls’ school in Iran has risen to 60 children killed and 80 wounded. There are probably more bodies under the rubble.

“Unfortunately, the worst news since the beginning of the 12-day war until today happened. An enemy rocket attack on the elementary school for girls in Minab. 60 children martyred, 80 injured, and God knows how many more children’s bodies will be pulled out from under the ruins. Oh God, give patience to their families,” Kermanpour announced.

The attack was also commented on by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Abbas Araghchi, who said that this crime against the Iranian people will not go unanswered.

“The destroyed building is an elementary school for girls in the south of Iran. It was bombed in broad daylight, while it was full of young students. Dozens of innocent children were killed in this place. These crimes against the Iranian people will not go unanswered,” Araghchi wrote.

The US and Israel launched a joint aggression against Iran in the early hours of the morning.
