The hearing before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina of the president of the Republika Srpska entity, Milorad Dodik, and the acting director of the Official Gazette of the RS, Miloš Lukić, was postponed at the request of Dodik.
A new hearing is scheduled for December 6. Dodik requested postponement of the hearing due to the announced official trip.
Dodik and Lukić were accused because they ignored the decision of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt, and they appeared before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time on October 16. Then they said before the Court that they did not understand the indictment against them. The court noted that they plead not guilty.

Goran Bubić, the lawyer of the president of the RS, confirmed to Srna that the Court of BiH accepted the request of the defense to postpone the hearing that was planned for today and scheduled a new trial for December 6.
