Attempts are being made to stop everything so as not to reach the Top of the Pyramid

The news published a few days ago, that the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will soon open an investigation into the murder of young Dzenan Memic, who, according to his family years, was brutally killed in February 2016 in Ilidza, caused real panic in the political-judicial and police structures.

Key actors

The goal of the investigation is that, after almost six years, those responsible for the painful case will finally be brought to justice which some initially wanted to present as a traffic accident, and save key actors from prosecution.

However, when it was announced that the people who ordered the mured and the killers were finally targeted by the Prosecutor’s Office, prosecutors from lower prosecutorial structures are now trying in every possible way to “drill” the launch of an investigation, which state prosecutors neither want nor intend to give up. Such a plan has already begun to be implemented in certain media related to police intelligence structures.

”Everyone is afraid of a murder investigation because there are a lot of people involved,” said a source from police circles working on the case.

In addition, some people from lower prosecutorial circles, who directed the investigation in the wrong direction in order to protect certain individuals, are already on the radar of foreign services that these days sanction irresponsible politicians and judicial officials and closely monitor any abuse.

Everything is complicated

Because, as the investigation process regarding the concealment of evidence related to the murder of Memic in the Court of BiH goes on, it is increasingly obvious that the “Memic” case is complicated from the very beginning and that the family’s suspicion of murder is very justified.

Individuals from the government are also afraid of the investigation because the new investigation means that there will be new arrests. It is a question of the day when the investigation will be opened, and to whom the Sarajevo police will knock on the door.

The Prosecutor’s Office has an ace up its sleeve

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH already has an ace up its sleeve. Everything will be known about that very soon. And that is one of the reasons why the pressure on the Court of BiH is exerted through lawyers.

Who is on trial

Alisa Ramic (maiden name Mutap), the ex-girlfriend of the tragically killed young man, her father Zijad Mutap, two police officers Hasan Dupovac and Josip Baric, and Muamer Ozegovic, an employee of the “Crystal” Hotel, are on trial for covering up and concealing evidence.
