Authorities reduced Condition regarding the required Number of Nights for using Vouchers in BiH

The Government of Republika Srpska, at the proposal of the Management Board of the Compensation Fund of Srpska, passed the Decree on Amendments to the Decree on Conditions and Manner of Using Tourist Vouchers in Catering Facilities, which reduces the condition regarding the required number of nights for using vouchers.

With the proposed change, a citizen of Republika Srpska can use one tourist voucher worth up to 100 BAM, provided that he realizes at least two nights in a row in one catering facility for accommodation, unlike the previous solution which included a condition of at least three nights in a row.

“In order to exercise the rights in favor of two voucher users, the condition regarding the number of nights in a catering facility for accommodation has been reduced from four to three. The proposed regulation harmonizes the content of the tourist voucher with the data generated in the e-voucher electronic application. The statement adds that the estimate is that the proposed change will increase the number of users of tourist vouchers.”

From June 15 to August 15, a total of about 8,500 tourist vouchers have been issued, the statement added.

Tourist Organization of Republika Srpska in cooperation with the Tourist Organization of Trebinje launches the project “Free Tourist Tours in Trebinje”, where tourists get acquainted with the tourist offer and attractions of Trebisnjica River, Avaz news portal reports.
