The average Monthly Salary amounts to 860 BAM

In May 2017, the average monthly gross earning per person in employment in legal entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) amounted to 1.336 BAM, which represented the nominal increase of 0,8% as compared to December 2016. In comparison to May 2016 the average monthly gross earnings for the May 2017 was nominally by 2,8% higher.

In May 2017, the average monthly paid off net earnings per person in employment in legal entities in BiH amounted to 860 BAM, which represented the nominal increase of 0,8% as compared to December 2016. In comparison to May 2016 the average monthly paid off net earnings for the May 2017 was nominally by 2,7% higher.

The lowest average net salary of 535 BAM was paid in the sector of hotel and hospitality, 560 BAM in the sector of construction, while the average net salary in administrative and auxiliary services amounted to 561 BAM.
