On 11 April, citizens of Sarajevo will have an opportunity to enjoy a ballet play ‘Mare Nostrum’, which will be shown at Sarajevo National Theatre at 7.30 p.m.
Jordi Saval made a selection of music composed by J.M. Kühnel, C.W. Gluck, G.B. Pergolesi, W. Fähndrich from the ‘Mare Nostrum’ that will accompany the ballet.
This ballet is described as a dialog between the East and the West through the music of Christians, Muslims and Jews living on the Mediterranean. The choreographer is Davide Bombana from Italy while the costume designer is Amra Kunovac-Zekić.
