The announcement of holding a Special Session of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (NARS), at which changes to the law will be considered, according to which the decisions of the Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) will not be published in the Official Gazette of this entity, is a new dangerous attempt to destroy the Dayton Peace Agreement, it was announced from the cabinet of the member of the BiH Presidency Denis Becirovic.
To recall, next week, at a special session, it should also legally regulate the non-publication of OHR decisions in the Official Gazette. In addition to the ruling coalition, support for this Bill on Amendments to Laws and Other Regulations was also confirmed in the SDS caucus.
The latest blow to the institutions, established by the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of BiH, came just a few days after the announcement of the withdrawal of the judge who comes from the BiH entity of the RS, and withdrawal refers to the BiH Constitutional Court, according to Becirovic‘s cabinet.
“It is obvious that anti-Dayton activities are being carried out, which are also connected with the instructions that Milorad Dodik receives directly from Moscow. Dodik decided to implement the Great Serbian plan devised by Dobrica Cosic, whose essence is to get what the criminals Milosevic, Karadzicand Mladic… could not achieve with aggression against the Republic of BiH and the genocide of Bosniaks. The destruction of the OHR institution is part of a well-designed and precisely programmed infernal plan for the gradual secession of the BiH entity RS from the state territory of the internationally recognized state of BiH.”
Without introducing the harshest sanctions against Dodik’s regime, the European Union (EU) risks becoming his accomplice in the destabilization of this part of Europe, Becirovic wrote.
