The ninth edition of the “Bentbasa Cliff Diving” competition was held yesterday in Sarajevo, and as in previous years, visitors could enjoy phenomenal jumps from locations that have been known for years.

The event brought together the best jumpers from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as the region and the world, who participated in the jumps.

Traditionally, Bentbasa Cliff Diving gathers a large number of fans of extreme sports every year, and even slightly worse weather conditions in the capital of BiH could not spoil the overall atmosphere.

After two series of jumps, the third place was won by Rade Scepanovic from Montenegro with a total of 56 points.

Second place was won by Igor Arsenic from Banja Luka, who won 57.5 points.

In the end, after two series of jumps, Evald Krnic from Montenegro won the most points and thus was declared the winner of the competition. Krnic had a total of 58.5 points, and it is interesting that this competitor also won the jumps from the Old Bridge in Mostar six days ago.

“The organization tries to improve this event year after year. We are especially pleased with the recognition of domestic and international institutions, and we are proud of the partnerships we have achieved,” said Dino Bajric, the organizer, before the competition.
