LJAJIC-GRADJEVINARSTVOPerformance indicators of B&H construction in 2015 are positive, especially when it comes to implementation of works abroad, which amounted to around 100 million BAM. That is by 7.5 percent more compared with the previous year, according to the analysis by the Chamber of Commerce of FB&H.

Secretary for construction in the Chamber of Commerce of FB&H Dženana Hodžić stated that companies executed the largest part of works in the countries of Europe. “Around 40 percent of works were executed in Albania, followed by Serbia, Croatia, Germany, Sweden, etc. when it comes to African market, most of the works were performed in Kenya and Algeria,” Hodžić added.

“Our construction operations showed and proved that B&H companies can implement the most demanding projects both on domestic and foreign markets. This is supported by significant signed contracts of our companies in the countries of the region, such as contracts of Euro Asfalt in Slovenia and Hering in Macedonia,” Hodžić stated.

In this year, growth of investments by around nine percent is expected in B&H, and highest investments should be realized in the fields of electrical energy, tourism and traffic.
