valentin_inzkoThe High Representative to B&H Valentin Inzko sent an urgent message to the President of the FB&H Živko Budimir and the Vice-Presidents Svetozar Pudarić and Mirsad Kebo to appoint two judges of the FB&H Constitutional Court by 27 January, without any delays.

Inzko noted in the letter for the two judges to be from the Serbian and Croatian people, according to an earlier agreement, and they should have been named at the beginning of the month. However, this did not occur.

The FB&H Constitutional Court is currently working with five judges, who have to unanimously decide to make a decision in a particular case.
