B&H ice skaters Tarik Omeragić, Samra Selimbegović and Nihad Bašić have scored great results in the short track speed skating competition at the ” Slovak Open” of the Danubia Cup series in the Slovak Republic.
Although he was disqualified twice, Omeragic from the D category, achieved to take the second place and to stay on the second place in the final ranking list of the Danubia Cup series. Another D category contestant, Samra Selimbegović, won the fourth place. In the final ranking list, Selimbegović remained on the seventh place.
Nihad Bašić competed in the A category and took the 16th place for his race on 500 meters.
This competition welcomed 233 contestants from 16 countries of Eastern and Middle Europe.
