Minister of Defense of B&H Zekerijah Osmić received today a delegation of the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany, led by Colonel Olaf Rohde.
German delegation consisted of Adrian Pollman, the representative of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in B&H and the military attaché Colonel Rupert Steeger.
Minister Osmić briefed the visiting delegation on current activities of the Ministry of Defense and the armed forces of B&H.
He stressed the importance of the commitment of B&H to continue its participation with the mission in Afghanistan after 2014, as well as the activities undertaken to fulfill the conditions for obtaining the MAP.
He thanked for the help and support of German Armed Forces to Bosnia and Herzegovina Armed Forces in the ISAF mission, and for contribution and help in training officers of Armed Forces of B&H at the military schools in Germany.
Colonel Rohde thanked for the reception, and after that informed the Minister Osmić about the aim of the visit and the topics that will be discussed, was announced by the Ministry of Defense of B&H.
