The B&H tennis team will advance to the second round of the Euro-African group of the Davis Cup after they led 3:1 against Greece.
The decisive point was made by Damir Džumhur, who after three hours of play beat Alexandros Jakupovic with 4:6, 3:6, 6:2, 6:3, 6:4.
B&H took a 1:0 victory on Friday after Mirza Bašić beat Jakupovic, followed by Damir Džumhur’s defeat by Markos Kalovelonis from Greece.
In the doubles match, Mirza Bašić and Tomislav Brkić beat Jakupovic and Kalovelonis with 2:1, and Džumhur managed to return for a win against Jakupovic for the third point for the B&H team.
B&H tennis players will play against Finland in the second round, which beat Bulgaria with 3:1.
