Ministry of Justice will present the project pf the state prison on 1st October in the place Naklo (Vojkovici-East Ilidza), due to a more qualitative and accurate informing of the public about results of the construction of this highly secured prison institution, in accordance with the planned dynamics of works and set deadlines.
“All works on the complex of the future state prison are being conducted in the full capacity, and we are pleased to confirm that the construction of this highly secured institutions running as planned“, as confirmed by the spokeswomen of the Ministry of Justice of B&H, Marina Bakic.
According to her words, works on all ten objects of the prison complex, but also on the completion of exterior and access roads, are in progress.
Besides the main contractor (the Czech-Spanish consortium OHL ZS), companies of domestic producers are assisting as well. At some objects, their final forms can bee seen, the roof construction is in the final stage…Preparations, conduction and arrangement of raw installations of the sophisticated security systems of the prison, that are among the most complex works, are also in progress.
“According to the newest dynamic plans of the contractor, completion of the construction within an agreed deadline is a priority, and we are convinced that this important state project will be successfully realized“, said Bakic.
Construction and functioning of the future state prison is completely in accordance with the European prison rules. With the realization of the planned project, B&H will get a prison capacities of the maximum security, with the capacity of 348 places.
