Biden mixes up Kamala Harris as Trump, Zelenskyy as Putin

US President Joseph Biden, during his speech after the NATO Summit in Washington, introduced Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as Russian President Vladimir Putin, while he replaced US Vice President Kamala Harris with former US President Donald Trump.

“And now I wanna hand it over to the President of Ukraine who has as much courage as he has. Determination, ladies and gentlemen, President Putin,” Biden said.

“Look, I wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president — did I think she’s not qualified to be president?” Biden stated. “So let’s start there. Number one, the fact is that the consideration is that I think I’m the most qualified person to run for president.”

At the press conference after the summit, Biden mentioned Putin as many as 20 times. He said the surname Putin six times, and the name of the Russian president 14 times while answering questions from journalists.

During the conference, which lasted about one hour, the American president mentioned Russia 20 times, Ukraine 23 times, and China 16 times, TASS reported.

During the conference, Biden emphasized that he is not ready for a direct conversation with Putin, because “he doesn’t see a practical reason for that at this time.”
