The public celebration of the New Year 2025 in Sarajevo will cost 795,541 BAM including VAT, and the people of Sarajevo will be entertained the craziest night of the year with Severina and Salvatore Ganacci, who will perform the night before.
Considering that this year, for the organization of New Year’s Eve 2025 in the city of Sarajevo, the budget of the City of Sarajevo provided more financial resources, and due to the greater tourist offer, it was decided to hire a musician Ganacci on December 30, 2024.
According to the data of the Public Procurement Portal of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the City of Sarajevo – City Administration concluded a contract in the amount of 679,950 BAM without VAT, or 795,541.50 BAM with VAT.
After the Service for Local Business examined the market, in terms of the availability of musical performers for the performance on 12.30. and 31.12. In 2024, at the public reception of the New Year 2025 in the city of Sarajevo, as well as estimates of how much the organization would cost as a whole, it was taken into account that these are performers who are popular among generations.
The public welcome of 2025 in Sarajevo will be organized in front of the Eternal Flame. It is expected that the performances of Severina Vučković and Salvatore Ganaccio will attract guests from our country, the region, and the world.
In the previous period, the City Administration commissioned a study of the economic justification of the investment, from which it clearly follows that investments of this type are profitable considering that they attract a large number of tourists.
