BiH Ambassador meets Indonesian Foreign Minister

The Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Indonesia, Armin Limo, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, Sugion, as part of a courtesy visit. During the meeting, they discussed the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the improvement of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Ambassador Limo introduced Minister Sugion to the “Mothers of Srebrenica” project and on that occasion personally handed him a letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH, Elmedin Konaković, regarding this important issue.

During the conversation, the possibility of an official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the coming period was highlighted, with a focus on the importance of holding bilateral political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both countries.

The importance of strengthening parliamentary cooperation was also highlighted, with a proposal for a visit by a delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Parliament of Indonesia.

Ambassador Limo emphasized that the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Indonesia continues to work dedicatedly to strengthening diplomatic, political and economic ties with Indonesia, with the aim of strengthening cooperation in key areas of common interest, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH announced.
