The basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina lost to Poland with a score of 76:72 in the final of the pre-qualifications for the qualification of the Olympic players that will be played in Paris next year.

During the entire game, a real see-saw was seen. The teams constantly took turns in the lead, and in the end, the local basketball players had more reason to celebrate.

The fact that the advantage of neither team, at any moment, was not greater than six points is evidence of how even the match was.

In this game as well as in the one from the group stage, Sokolowski gave BiH big problems, who scored 16 points.

The Poles went into the break with a minimal advantage of 40:39, and in the rest the teams continued in the same rhythm.

It was point after point, and in the middle of the fourth quarter we led with four points and it seemed that we would bring the match to a peaceful end. However, the home team somehow managed to come back and drag the match into a new drama.

In the end, unfortunately, the Poles were the ones who had more concentration and luck to achieve this great victory.

Aleksandar Lazić was our best basketball player today with 16 points. Atić played a good role with 15 points, and Nurkić with 11 points. Musa completely failed in this match with only 10 baskets and many missed shots.

The basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina was thus left without a qualifying tournament for the Olympic Games, which will be held next summer.

There, 24 selections will try to fight for the last four positions leading to the Olympic Games in Paris, Klix.ba reports.
