BiH beat Scotland 10-1 in preliminary round for FIFA Futsal World Cup

Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) beat Scotland 10-1 in the preliminary round for FIFA Futsal World Cup on Wednesday in Zenica, a city located 70 kilometers northwest of the capital Sarajevo.

At the beginning of the match, the visiting team attempted to score several times, after which Mario Aladzic from the host team scored the first goal in 5thminute. The second goal was scored by the host Srdan Ivankovic two minutes later. Footballers of the host team played offensively in the rest of the match, and in 12thminute, Aladzic scores again for 3-0. For the end of the first half, Josip Boskovic from the host team scores for 4-0.

In the second half time, selector of BiH team made several changes in the team, when younger players entered the match. In 21stminute, Bilal Jelic hits for 5-1. The rest of the match was a splendid show by the host team. The visiting team scored in 27thminute by Bradley Steedman. The captain of the host team, Anel Radmilovic scores for the final result of 10-1.

Currently, BiH team is on the first place in group F with 6 points, and will try to achieve a third victory against Turkey on Friday, which will eventually lead it to the next round of qualifications.

The 2020 FIFA Futsal World Cup in Lithuania is scheduled to take place from September 12 to October 4, 2020 with 24 contenders.
