The BiH Central Election Commission reminds the political subjects that participated in the 2018 General Elections of the obligation to submit the financial reports.
In line with Article 15.1 of the BiH Election Law a political party and independent candidate that participate in the elections for bodies of authority at all levels in BiH are obliged to file, no later than thirty (30) days after the election results are published in the Official Gazette of BIH, a financial report to the Central Election Commission of BiH for the period beginning on the day of submission of the application for certification until the certification of the results. The deadline for submission of the report is December 6, 2018.
