The action of collecting humanitarian aid for the people of Ukraine resulted in the collection of goods worth 110.000 BAM, which is equal to 30 pallets of goods that will be sent from the warehouse of the company Megamix today.

It is important to note that the Institute for Community Development PROI cooperated with the Embassy of Ukraine in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our country in order to collect and send humanitarian aid from the people of BiH to the people of Ukraine. Many BiH companies also responded to this invitation, Klix.ba writes.

The humanitarian action lasted a month and during that time 30 pallets of goods were collected with a total value of about 110.000 BAM. Numerous BiH companies and public institutions participated in the action, donating medical equipment, medical supplies, food, and hygiene items. Citizens usually donated baby food, clothes, as well as pet food.

Namely, the PROI Institute for Community Development emphasized that this is the first time that this type of humanitarian aid has been sent outside BiH.

Loading for sending aid to Ukraine starts today at the Megamix warehouse in Rajlovac.
