At the session scheduled for July 15, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider the Proposal for the Decision on the Termination of the Decision on Designating Temporary Reception Centers for the Accommodation of Migrants, proposed by the BiH Ministry of Security.

The new text of the Proposal for the Decision on Giving Consent to the Program for Marking Significant Dates in the Field of Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2026 should also be considered.

Information on the adoption of the Fourth Interim Report on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s compliance with GRECO’s recommendations in the Fourth Round of Evaluation is also one of the scheduled items on the agenda.

Ministers should, among other things, consider the new text of the Proposed Rulebook on the procedure for determining and resolving state border violations and border incidents, as well as the Proposed Opinion on the Proposed Law on Management of Administrative Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
