BiH Council of Ministers Session Today on JMB

parlament bihAt a session scheduled today, the BiH Council of Ministers is expected to discuss the draft law on amendments to the law on the unique master citizen number (JMB).

The recently extended course of the House of Representatives the BiH Parliament concluded to withdraw from the procedure of the two proposals of an amendment of the law on the JMB that was proposed by delegates, and for the Council of Ministers of BiH to agree on a harmonized proposal on an amendment to the law.

The BiH Council of Ministers should consider a draft law on amendments to the law on indirect taxation procedure, which was proposed by the Indirect Taxation Authority.

On the agenda for today should be a draft decision on funds of the organizing committee for the commemoration of the 18th anniversary of the genocide in the ‘safe zone’ of Srebrenica.

The BIH Council of Ministers is expected to consider information on the state of the public debt of BIH on the day of 31 December 2012 and the information on the decision of the Committee of the Ministers of the Council of Europe related to the implementation of the ‘’ Sejdić-Finci’’ case from 6 June 2013.
