BiH Council of Ministers to discuss HJPC, Identity Cards and Citizenship

At the session scheduled for today, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina should, in the second round of voting, express its opinion on the Draft Opinion on the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The agenda should also include proposals for opinions on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on BiH Citizenship and on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Identity Card of BiH Citizens.

Consideration of the Proposal for a decision on the method of using funds from the accumulated surplus of income over the expenses of the Regulatory Agency for Communications of BiH, and the Proposal for a decision on the use of part of the funds from the accumulated surplus of income over the expenditures of the Regulatory Agency for Communications of BiH, completed by December 31, 2025, is also planned.

The ministers should also have information on the state of migration in BiH for the year 2025 and for the first three months of this year.

Information on the project “Strengthening the return management system in the Western Balkans” is one of the planned items on the agenda.

Among other things, the draft decision on the ratification of the Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia on border crossings should be considered.
