The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, will participate in the prestigious GLOBSEC Forum 2026, which will be held from 21 to 23 May in Prague, Czech Republic.
The twenty-first edition of the GLOBSEC Forum, one of the most important strategic gatherings in Europe, will be held under the theme “Global Systemic Transformation” and under the patronage of the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel. The Forum will bring together world leaders, innovators and change agents, and discussions will focus on Europe’s strategic position in a dynamic global environment – from redefining alliances and shaping global governance, to strengthening pragmatic transatlantic cooperation.
Minister Konaković will participate on May 23, 2026, in a panel discussion entitled “Behind the Waiting Room: Rethinking European Union Enlargement” and in addition to Minister Konaković, the panel will also include the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania Ferit Hoxha, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania Oana-Silvia Țoiu, the President of the National Assembly of Serbia Ana Brnabić, and the former Federal Chancellor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria Alexander Schallenberg.
On the sidelines of the event in Prague, Minister Konaković will hold a series of bilateral meetings with high-ranking officials.
