BiH to have a Liaison Officer in EUROPOL next year?

Realization of the Agreement on the liaison officer in EUROPOL, as well as the establishment of a common contact point in the Ministry of Security of BiH is expected at the beginning of next year, as announced at the meeting of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska (the RS) Dragan Lukac and the Ambassador of Poland to BiH Andrzej Krawczyk.

During their meeting that took place in Banja Luka, Minister Lukac informed the Ambassador of Poland about the novelties that were introduced into the AFIS system, as well as the significance of the work of the Ministry on the input of data to bases of this system, but also the benefits of their use in the work of police agencies.

Ambassador Krawczyk was interested in the political situation in the RS and BiH, and Minister Lukac noted that the political situation is stable and that the Government of the RS is fulfilling its obligations on regular basis, as announced by the entity police.
