BiH Participated at European Convention on Exchange of Information of Foreign Law With Additional Protocol

bih i euThe permanent representative of BIH to the Council of Europe Ambassador Almir Šahović signed yesterday on behalf of BiH the European Convention on the Exchange of Information on Foreign Law with an additional protocol. This was done in the presence of the Deputy General Secretary of the Council of Europe Gabrielle Battaini-Dragoni.

Ambassador Šahović officially handed over to Battaini-Dragoni the Instrument on the ratification by BiH of the mentioned international convention and its additional protocol.

The Deputy General Secretary Battaini-Dragoni expressed her satisfaction for BiH’s participation in the European Convention on Exchange of Information on Foreign Law.

Thus, BiH became the 41st country to become a party to the Convention and its additional protocol, which enables the exchange of information from the domain of civil, trade and criminal law, announced the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
