The Rеgistrar and judges of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in the Sixth Regional Rule of Law Forum for South-East Europe, which was held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 22 and 23 March 2019, in the organization of the AIRE Centre and Civil Rights Defenders.
The Forum gathered regional judges from the European Court of Human Rights, presidents and judges of supreme and constitutional courts from the region, presidents of judicial councils, directors of judicial training institutions, agents of countries before the court in Strasbourg, NGO representatives and eminent experts in law.
By its participation, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina endorses the Forum’s objectives, which are aimed at promoting the implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights at the local level, encouraging regional cooperation within a continued development of the rule of law and respect for human rights, as well as rendering assistance in the process of European integrations of countries in the region.
