At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, members of the Presidency of BiH will participate in the World Leaders’ Summit on Climate Action, on 12 and 13 November in Baku, Azerbaijan. The summit will be held within the framework of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 29).
More than a hundred leaders from around the world will discuss the best ways to address the issue of climate change adaptation, as well as mitigating the damage and consequences of climate change at the two-day summit.
“Members of the Presidency of BiH will meet in Baku with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev ahead of the Summit, on 11 November 2024,” announced the Public Relations Service of the Presidency of BiH.
