From 27 to 29 January, representatives of Sarajevo International Airport took part in the prestigious international Airport AI Exchange event, held in Dubai and hosted by Dubai International Airports.
During the event, participants exchanged experiences and insights on the latest artificial intelligence solutions applied in airport operations, with a particular focus on predictive maintenance of infrastructure, including HVAC systems, vehicles, airport equipment, information management, cybersecurity and other key operational areas.

As part of the programme, a visit was organized to the Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC) at Dubai Airport, where participants were introduced to advanced operational management models, data integration processes and the use of artificial intelligence in real-time airport operations.

Participation in the Airport AI Exchange provided valuable insight into the latest technological developments and opened opportunities to consider their application and adaptation at Sarajevo International Airport, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, safety and overall service quality.

The event brought together leading airport industry experts from around the world, further enhancing the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices.

Taking part in the Airport AI Exchange represents an important step in following global trends and strengthening a strategic approach to the development of airport infrastructure and operations.
