BiH Presidency Chairman to address the UN General Assembly Today

The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šefik Džaferović, will address the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday, September 21, as part of the general debate, it was confirmed for Fena news agency from the Chairman’s Cabinet.

As stipulated in the agenda, Džaferović should speak as the fifth speaker that day around 10 a.m. New York time.

In his speech, Džaferović will focus on the global situation, but also on the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a number of bilateral meetings are planned during his stay in New York.

The General Debate of the United Nations General Assembly will be held from September 20 to 26.

The annual session of the UN is attended by presidents, prime ministers and ministers of foreign affairs, who then have the opportunity to address the participants.
