Member of Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zeljko Komsic sent a telegram of condolence to the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanovic, regarding the massacre that was committed today in Cetinje.

“Dear President Dukanovic, it is with great regret that I received the news about the massacre that took place today in Cetinje. This senseless act produced unfathomable consequences and innocent victims, and deserves all condemnation. I express my sincere condolences to the families of those killed and to you, and I wish a speedy recovery to all the injured,” says the telegram of condolence, announced by the BiH Presidency.

Eleven people were killed on Friday in Cetinje, Montenegro, in a tragedy believed to be a family conflict, media reports.

The conflict took place around 4:00 p.m., and the attacker was killed, Montenegrin media added. Six people were wounded, including one policeman.

According to the media, after a short family quarrel, the man took out a gun and opened fire.

The police reacted immediately, but he did not surrender and shot at the policemen. As confirmed by the Police Administration for the Montenegrin portal Dan, the attacker was killed by a fellow citizen in order to prevent further bloodshed.
