Consensus on foreign policy decisions was not reached today at a session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The BiH Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić and a member Šefik Džaferović voted in favor, while the BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik voted against the decisions.

In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH, due to the lack of consensus, the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH will include some of the items on the agenda at the next session of the Presidency of BiH as mandatory items on the agenda.

The Presidency of BiH, after voting with two votes in favor (Komšić and Džaferović) and one vote against (Dodik), did not reach a consensus on decisions in the field of initiating negotiations for international agreements, accepting agreements and appointing signatories, and approving the agreements.

At today’s session, the Presidency of BiH passed the Decision on rejecting the request for pardon of one convicted person, the Presidency stated.
