Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) Prime Minister Denis Zvizdic has sent on Monday a congratulatory message on the occasion the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

“The friendly relations between our countries are characterized by mutual respect and good political, economic, cultural and educational cooperation,” Zvizdic said in a congratulatory message to his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang.

The message states that BiH’s Council of Ministers wishes China a further development and prosperity for a friendly country and people.

Zvizdic praised the “One Belt – One Road Initiative”, which has significantly contributed to the country’s overall integration as well as the strengthening of political and economic relations in the Western Balkans and Southeast Europe. “We in BiH remain committed to further enhancing the cooperation of our two friendly countries, as well as the opportunities offered by the 17+1 development platform.”
