The Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nenad Nešić, who was arrested the day before yesterday in the “Tunnel 2” operation, was hospitalized today at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo after a hearing held at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Friday morning’s hearing was postponed because Nešić suddenly fell ill, but with his consent it was still held a little later. However, after the hearing, the Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina felt unwell again and was transferred to the KCUS. The court’s decision is expected by the end of the day whether he, the director of Putevi RS, Milan Dakić, and the director of the company “Legend” Mladen Lučić, will be ordered to be detained for one month.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, among other things, after Nenad Nešić was appointed director of “Putevi RS”, he received an offer to extract money in the described manner, through fictitious legal actions, in exchange for a refund of 10 percent of the value of the total works.
According to the prosecutor’s assessment, it is clear that the investigative actions confirmed the allegations in the statement, writes klix.
Prosecutor Bojana Jolović cited Pandurević’s statement that there were problems in transferring money from one account to another. Also referring to Pandurević’s testimony, the prosecutor stated that money was withdrawn based on these fictitious legal actions and that Nešić was paid a portion of that money, 250,000 BAM, annually during the director’s term.
Recounting Pandurević’s testimony, the prosecutor emphasized that the money withdrawn from the company was left in Nenad Nešić’s office, in cars in parking lots where unknown persons were, in cafes and other catering establishments.
