Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Minister of Security Nenad Nešić will resign from his position, his lawyer Senka Nožica confirmed.
Nožica said that they agreed to this on Thursday and that Nešić will sign his resignation in the morning.
The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly accepted tonight that initiatives for the dismissal of the Minister of Security in the Council of Ministers, Nenad Nešić, and the member of the Collegium of this house, Nebojša Radmanović, be included in the agenda.
Nešić is in custody, as are the director of the company “Ledžend” Mladen Lučić and the director of “Putevi Republika Srpska” Milan Dakić. They were arrested in December last year, as part of the “Tunnel Two” operation.
The BiH Prosecutor’s Office charges them with conspiracy to commit criminal offenses, abuse of official position or authority, and accepting bribes, Srna writes.
