BiH’s Chief Prosecutor held Video Conference with the Prosecutor General of Republic of Azerbaijan

At the request of her colleagues from Azerbaijan, the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Gordana Tadić, has had a video conference with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Kamran Aliyev.

The central topic of the conversation pertained to the request for international legal assistance in a comprehensive corruption case, which is being conducted in Azerbaijan and is linked to Bosnia and Herzegovina to a certain extent, in which assistance had been requested from the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Chief Prosecutor Tadić has extended her support to the colleagues from Azerbaijan in their activities and efforts invested in fighting corruption and strengthening the rule of law. Both parties have expressed their mutual desire to further develop bilateral cooperation between the two respective prosecutor’s offices.
